No wahala. For your safety there is no automatic reset — the BSS team resets it for you after confirming you truly own the shop.

1. 1Message us on WhatsApp with your shop name and the phone number you registered with.
2. 2We confirm it is really you (we may ask for your software registration number — it is on your Settings page and on your receipts).
3. 3We set a temporary password; sign in with it and change it immediately.

Staff member locked out? Your shop owner can change your password themselves under People → Staff.
