BSS for your shop computer
The full BSS on a Windows PC: sell, print receipts, count stock, keep the books - with NO data connection. It syncs with your online BSS whenever the computer sees network.
- ✔Works completely offline after the first setup - data is only used to sync.
- ✔Same login, same shop, same figures as the website and your phone.
- ✔Updates itself - install once, always current.
About 135 MB · Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)
- 1Open the downloaded BSS-Setup file. If Windows shows a blue “Windows protected your PC” box, click “More info”, then “Run anyway” - it only means the installer is new. Have Avast, McAfee, Norton or another antivirus? Read the yellow antivirus box below first.
- 2Click Install. A “Beyond Sales and Stock” shortcut appears on the desktop.
- 3Open it with data ON once: sign in with the shop owner's BSS login and the activation key that came with your copy. The shop's data copies down - then data can go off.
The app checks for new versions by itself and installs them on restart.
No activation key yet? Message support - each key links one computer, and moving to a new computer needs no new key.
BSS is new, so antivirus programs (Avast, McAfee, Norton, Windows Security and others) don't know it yet. Many of them block or damage ANY new program they have not seen before, even a safe one. That is why you may see "integrity check failed", "could not uninstall" or "The BSS server stopped".
The safe way: get BSS only from beyondsalesandstocks.com.ng or from BSS staff, never from anyone else. You do NOT need to switch your antivirus off for good: pause it for a few minutes while installing, then tell it to trust BSS. It keeps protecting the computer from everything else.
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Beyond Sales and Stockthe BSS program%APPDATA%\Beyond Sales and Stockyour shop's dataIf the antivirus will not accept the path as typed: press the Windows key + R, paste the path, press Enter. The folder opens; click its address bar at the top and copy the full path it shows.
- Pause the antivirus for 10 minutes (steps for your antivirus below). It turns itself back on.
- Extract the BSS zip and install BSS (if BSS is already installed, just open it).
- Now add the two BSS folders above as exceptions, so the antivirus leaves BSS alone for good.
- If the antivirus had already removed BSS files, restore them from its quarantine (also below), or simply install BSS again.
Menus can look a little different from version to version, but the words are the same.
